The summer is here and we find ourselves indoors most of the time now which can be a bit boring for the kids and crazy for me. We still try to go out around 5pm to water the garden and have some play time before dinner but it means that dinner get pushed back and then bath and then bed so I end up with cranky kids and less sleep!Last week they helped me make some softies. Laith chose a Hippo and Lulu a frog.
Then they help me choose the colours while it stitched out on the machine. Laith also helpd me stuff them while Sami supervised. 
And here are our two new friends. 
Ali was in Dubai on Monday for Sami's passport interview and he brought home some lovely crafting books for the kids.
Laith got one that you can make all sorts of pictures from tracing around your hands.
Lulu's one was a little more hands on with dressing some clothes peg figurines which she loved as it involved glue and i did not love because it involved glue! LOL.
I am trying to teach the kids how to tie shoe laces which is not easy! So we made this lovely little bear so we could practice...
