Hook in Hand

Today I started a crochet class with Tanya from HeartMadeByTanya. I am doing the beginners class to brush up on long lost skills. 

The little yellow blocks were the samples we made for single and double stitch practice. The pin cushion I started in class and just finished now for my homework. It is a bit "ish" but not bad for a first attempt. I think I may have overstuffed it! 

I enjoyed the couple of hours with a nice group of ladies and Tanya. looking forward to the next project ... a bookmark.
